Who processes your data

What data and why

When you write to us via the form or by e-mail, we process:

We offer the same form on the “Custom template” page of our WEB STUDIO platform (webstudio.avitona.cz) – the details you enter there come securely straight to us (AVITONA s.r.o.) and this policy applies to them; WEB STUDIO keeps none of them and only passes on the sender’s IP address to protect the form against spam.

• your name, e-mail and optionally phone number – so we can contact you,
• the content of your message and the type of enquiry – so we understand what you need and can prepare a quote,
• your IP address – only briefly, to protect the form against spam (see below).

We process enquiry data because it is necessary for steps taken before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Spam protection is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and e-mail correspondence – for as long as needed to handle them, at most 3 years from the last contact. If an enquiry leads to a contract, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and afterwards only as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting and tax rules).
• IP address – the form stores it only as an unreadable fingerprint (hash) and uses it for 10 minutes, so that no more than 5 messages can be sent from one address. Older records are not used and the server deletes them regularly.

Who has access

Only our staff handling your enquiry read the data. Technically, it passes through our suppliers, who may process it only on our instructions:

• the web hosting provider running this website and the form,
• Microsoft (Microsoft 365) – the provider of our mailbox, where enquiries arrive.

We do not pass the data to other companies or use it for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, stores nothing in your browser and loads nothing from third-party servers (fonts and images are hosted on our own website; the list of our projects is loaded from our own shop at shop.avitona.cz, also run by AVITONA, without cookies). That is why we don’t ask for cookie consent.

We measure visits with our own anonymous counter on our server – no third-party tools. Only daily totals are stored (page views and visitors, page language, where visitors came from – e.g. Google, whether on a mobile, and whether someone clicked our phone number, e-mail, video or a link to our own projects, or sent the form – never its content). To tell how many different people visited, a one-way fingerprint is made from the IP address and browser type with a salt that changes every day; the IP address is not stored and the fingerprints are deleted the next day, so you cannot be tracked for longer than a day or identified afterwards. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”, you are not counted at all. We share this data with no one; it only tells us whether the website is useful (legitimate interest).

The web server routinely keeps technical access logs (IP address, time, page) for operation and security; they are deleted after a short time.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to info@avitona.cz; we will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

Effective from 21 October 2026, updated 2 November 2026 (form in WEB STUDIO). In case of doubt, the Czech version prevails.
